Report GLP Asia Conference 2025

[English followed] 2025年10月3日に国立台湾大学で，GLP Asia Conference 2025 Sustainability of Agricultural Land Systemsが開かれました。日本拠点オフィスからは，Ram Avtarと渡辺悌二が出席し，両名がオープニング・リマークスを述べ，Avtarがkey note speechを行いました。また，日本拠点オフィスがセッションを主催し，6件の発表のチェアーを行いました。

　この会議では，学生のポスター発表に対して8件のベスト発表賞が与えられ，そのうちの1件を北海道大学環境科学院博士課程のSusan Ngwiraが受賞しました。また，教員の発表では2件のベスト発表賞のうちの1件を渡辺・王・レグミが共同受賞しました。 The GLP Asia Conference 2025 Sustainability of Agricultural Land Systems was held at National Taiwan University on October 3, 2025. From the GLP Japan Nodal Office, Prof. Ram Avtar and Prof. Teiji Watanabe attended the conference. Both delivered opening remarks, and Prof. Avtar gave a keynote speech. In addition, the Japan Nodal Office organized a session and chaired six presentations.

At the conference, eight Best Poster Presentation Awards were presented to student participants, one of which was received by Ms. Susan Ngwira, a doctoral student at the Graduate School of Environmental Science, Hokkaido University. Among the faculty presentations, one of the two Best Presentation Awards was jointly awarded to Watanabe, Wang, and Regmi.
